Marine Corp Master Sgt. Timothy Toney, 37, of Columbia, SC died March 27, 2004, at Camp Wolverine, Kuwait. 

Toney died after collapsing in the vicinity of his billeting area, due to a non-combat related incident.  He was assigned to Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Pendleton, CA. 

Toney graduated from high school in Columbia, SC.
